Heterotopic pregnancy is a rare condition where one embryo implants in the uterus and another outside (commonly in the fallopian tube). It’s potentially life-threatening if not detected early.

How I Can Help:
I use transvaginal sonography and beta-hCG monitoring for early detection. If diagnosed, I offer:

• Emergency laparoscopic removal of the ectopic gestation

• Preservation of the intrauterine pregnancy

• Close follow-up and supportive care throughout

Early intervention is key, and my goal is always to save the intrauterine pregnancy while protecting the mother’s life and fertility.
